Resident-Connect |
|
The Resident-Connect service program provides our customers with scheduled on-site visits from our technical staff. Based on your
needs, Connectivity Systems, Inc. will schedule technical personnel to be on site at regular intervals. Connectivity Systems, Inc.'s technical resources are at your service to help with any of your
computer-related needs. |

Retainer-Connect |
|
The Retainer-Connect service program provides our customers access to Connectivity Systems, Inc.'s technical resources at a
preferred rate. The Retainer-Connect program is based upon a monthly retainer charged to the customer. The retainer covers a limited amount of telephone technical support and provides a preferred rate
for on-site services. If the customer needs additional telephone support or on-site services they will be billed at the rates listed below at the end of each month. |

Project Based Services/Time and Material |

Connectivity Systems, Inc. can provide technical resources to customers on a time and material basis. Services provided on a Time
and Material basis are scheduled at a mutually acceptable time by the client and Connectivity Systems, Inc. |
